Base Smarty 450 G.A. Base 1500g

Pasta Diamante “Nocciola Piemonte IGP” delle Langhe 450g

Boiling water 3000g

Conquistador Cream 400g

Crumble Hazelnut, as needed

Preparation

Step1

Pour the water, Smarty 450 G.A. Base, and Pasta Diamante “Nocciola Piemonte IGP” delle Langhe into a pitcher.

Step2

Blend for 2 minutes, then churn.

Step3

During extraction, swirl in Conquistador Cream and Crumble Hazelnut.

Step4

Place the tray in the blast chiller for 5 minutes at -30°C.
