DESSERT AL MASCARPONE PER TIRAMISÙ 500g

Fresh strawberries 500g

Chocolate-covered wafers 20

Preparation

Procedure

Step1

In a small pot heat DESSERT AL CIOCCOLATO until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Step2

Pour into glass cups and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for three hours.

Step3

Wash and dice the fresh strawberries into small brunoise pieces.

Step4

Whip in a stand mixer for 3-4 minutes. DESSERT AL MASCARPONE PER TIRAMISÙ.

Step5

Place the diced strawberries on the surface of the already chilled pudding.

Step6

Place the wafers (1 per glass) on top.

Step7

Using a piping bag with a star nozzle, pipe the whipped mascarpone cream onto the opposite side of the wafer to create "spaghetti."
