Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients

DESSERT AL GUSTO PANNA COTTA 1L

Strawberry pulp sweetened at 10% 350g

Fresh strawberries 25

Granulated sugar q.b.

Preparation

Step1

In a small pot, meltDESSERT AL GUSTO PANNA COTTA until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Step2

Add 200g of strawberry pulp and mix thoroughly.

Step3

Pour the mixture into single-portion molds and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for at least 3 hours.

Step4

Cut 15 fresh strawberries into small cubes and add sugar equal to 10% of their weight.

Step5

Cut the remaining strawberries in half.

Step6

Unmold the panna cotta portions onto a plate and decorate with the strawberry pulp and the small cubes.

Step7

If desired, finish with mint leaves and julienned lemon zest.
