Amor Polenta

Ingredients

FiorFiore Dolce Amor polenta 1000g

Eggs 500g

Butter Master Martini 500g

Cocoa Mixture

Ariba Cacao 22/24 50g

Water 100g

Preparation

Procedure

Step1

Place all the ingredients in a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, whip for 5 minutes, and transfer into the prepared molds, buttered and floured.

Step2

Bake in a convection oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes for 400g molds.

Step3

Let cool, unmold, and decorate with anti-moisture powdered sugar.

Marbled Version

Step1

Prepare the cocoa mixture by mixing water and cocoa together.

Step2

Take 900g from the previous recipe, add the cocoa mixture, and mix together.

Step3

Pour into the mold, alternating the white and cocoa mixtures to achieve a marbled effect.

Step4

Bake in a convection oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes for 400g molds.
