Salted Butter Caramel Base 1250 g

Hot milk 3000 g

Variegate Salted Toffee 300 g

Crumble Caramel, as needed

Pour the warm milk and Salted Butter Caramel Base into a pitcher.

Step2

Blend for 2 minutes and churn.

Step3

During extraction, swirl in Salted Toffee and Caramel Crumble.

Step4

Place the gelato tray in the blast chiller for 5 minutes at -30°C.
