Ingredients

FiorFiore Chocopan 1000g

Eggs 600g

Butter 650g

Ariba fondente discs 54% 650g

Nuts 300g

Ariba Fondente Chunks 300g

Preparation

Step1

Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave, then pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer and mix with the paddle attachment for 1 minute to combine everything.

Step2

Pour into a 60 x 40 cm tray with a 3 cm height, level the surface, and sprinkle with nuts and chunks.

Step3

Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes with the valve closed, then an additional 5 minutes with the valve open.

Step4

Let it cool and then cut into rectangles.
