Roulade

Il Gran Pan di Spagna 1.000g

Eggs 1.200g

Honey100g

Preparation

Step1

Place the eggs and water in a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, add IL GRAN PAN DI SPAGNA, and briefly mix at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step2

Whip at high speed for 8-10 minutes.

Step3

Pour the batter as usual into a 60x40 cm baking tray.

Step4

Bake in a convection oven at 200°C or in a static oven at 230°C for 5 minutes.
